How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed after 3pm (PST) are prepared for shipping the next day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 days, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not provide international shipping. We only ship within the U.S. at this time.

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged or you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us immediately at thejairosecollection@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Keep in mind, orders are prepared for shipping daily, so it's best to email us if you need to cancel or modify your order.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, email us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any unsatisfied orders. There are no refunds for orders placed over 30 days.

I want a specific color, but it’s not on the website.

If you don't see your favorite color on our website, email us. We're always looking for what our customer wants! While there is no guarantee that we can offer it, it doesn't hurt to try.
